Responsibilities
Handle inbound reservation inquiries via phone, email, and other channels
Process and confirm bookings accurately within the reservation system
Assist customers with reservation modifications, cancellations, and special requests
Collaborate with other departments to ensure availability and resolve issues
Provide detailed information on services, pricing, and booking policies
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
Monitor reservation systems for accuracy and troubleshoot as needed
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Assist with reporting and analysis of reservation data
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree and Hospitality Industry experience preferred
Previous experience in a customer service or reservations role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in reservation software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
