Handle room and event booking inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and booking platforms
Attend and respond to
wedding and banquet hall inquiries
Maintain accurate records in reservation software
Coordinate with front office and operations team for guest check-ins
Upsell rooms, packages, and banquet services
Respond to guest queries and follow up on pending bookings
Prepare daily and monthly booking reports
Communicate with travel agents, OTAs, and corporate clients
Record guest preferences and special requests
Requirements:
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the
hospitality industry (mandatory)
Strong communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi)
Familiar with hotel software Innkeys and MS Office
Customer service-focused and detail-oriented

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
