We are looking for a well-spoken and customer-focused
Reservation Executive (Female)
to manage room reservations and booking inquiries for our
three-star hotel and resort
. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and the ability to handle guest interactions professionally and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle room reservation inquiries through phone calls, emails, and online booking platforms.
Process and confirm reservations accurately in the hotel reservation system.
Communicate clearly with guests regarding room availability, tariffs, and hotel policies.
Coordinate with front office and operations teams regarding arrivals, departures, and special requests.
Maintain accurate reservation records and update booking details regularly.
Handle cancellations, modifications, and no-show cases professionally.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through polite and prompt communication.
Assist with basic front office coordination when required.
Requirements:
Female candidates only.
Good communication skills in
English
(spoken and written).
Pleasant personality with a customer-friendly attitude.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel booking systems.
Ability to handle multiple bookings and work under pressure.
Prior experience in hotel or resort reservations is preferred.
