Oversee daily reservations, check-ins, cancellations, and modifications; ensure timely and accurate processing; manage room allocation and inventory.
Team Leadership:
Supervise, train, coach, and motivate reservation agents, ensuring adherence to service standards and effective sales techniques.
Revenue Maximization:
Work with Revenue Managers on selling strategies, rate loading, promotions, and ensuring rate parity across channels (GDS, OTAs, Brand.com).
Guest Experience:
Handle VIP, corporate, and group bookings; resolve complex guest issues; apply sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell.
Reporting & Analysis:
Monitor booking pace, trends, and performance; prepare reports for management; ensure data integrity.
Inter-Departmental Coordination:
Liaise with Front Office, Sales, Groups, and Finance to ensure seamless guest flow and accurate billing.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Experience in reservations, preferably in luxury hospitality.
Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) & Central Reservation Systems (CRS).
Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of revenue management principles and market trends.
Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
