We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused
Ticketing Executive
to manage airline, train, and other travel bookings for our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of travel booking systems, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering seamless travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end travel ticketing operations including domestic and international airline tickets, train, and bus reservations.
Issue, modify, and cancel tickets using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or Travelport.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer communications.
Provide personalized assistance and travel solutions to customers based on their requirements.
Stay updated with fare rules, airline policies, and seasonal promotions.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners to resolve ticketing-related issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies, GST regulations, and industry standards.
Generate reports on bookings, cancellations, refunds, and revenue for management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
Proven experience as a ticketing executive or travel consultant.
Proficiency in GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, Travelport, etc.).
Strong knowledge of airline ticketing procedures, fare construction, and travel documentation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Office tools.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in travel ticketing or airline reservation is preferred.
