Handle reservation inquiries and bookings via phone, email, and online platforms.
Prepare booking confirmations, manage cancellations or modifications, and update ERP systems.
Coordinate with internal teams and booking partners to ensure smooth guest communication and check-ins.
Skills and Competencies Required:
Graduate/Diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, or Travel & Tourism.
1-5 years of experience in Reservations or Front Office (hospitality or wellness preferred).
Excellent communication, coordination, and data accuracy skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and reservation systems (e.g., TouchQ or similar).
Fluency in English; Malayalam preferred.
