Prepare quotations, itineraries, and confirmed travel plans for B2B agents/clients.
Coordinate with hotels, attractions, transport vendors, and local partners in Singapore & Malaysia.
Monitor booking status, availability, and price updates.
Manage booking amendments, cancellations, and special requests.
Respond to queries via email, WhatsApp, and calls promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of bookings and follow up to ensure smooth operations.
Work closely with the operations and accounts teams for seamless service delivery.
Requirements
Minimum
1-2 years of experience
in reservations or tour operations (preferably Singapore & Malaysia market).
Strong knowledge of destinations, sightseeing options, hotels, and transport in Singapore & Malaysia.
Proficiency in MS Office and reservation/booking tools.
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings.
Attention to detail and strong coordination skills.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
