Roles and Responsibilities:



Contact potential customers using provided leads to promote resort packages and offers. Explain details of the resort, stay options, and facilities in a clear and attractive manner. Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally.

Skills and Qualifications:



Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Hospitality or Marketing preferred). 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing or customer relations (resort/hospitality experience preferred). Excellent communication skills in

English

(Malayalam/Hindi added advantage). Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
Job Types: Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
