Handling requests

: Taking reservations from guests, companies, and travel agents by phone, email, or online platforms

Confirming reservations

: Sending confirmation details to customers

Managing cancellations

: Handling cancellations and modifications to existing reservations

Maintaining records

: Keeping accurate records of reservations and customer information

Coordinating with other departments

: Working with other departments to ensure room or service availability

Meeting revenue targets

: Creating promotional packages to boost room sales and revenue

Preparing reports

: Preparing reports for submission to the administration office

Providing customer service

: Helping customers over the phone and in person, answering questions, and organizing travel plans

Ensuring guest satisfaction

: Preparing for arrivals to ensure guest satisfaction by considering special requests, packages, amenities, and VIPs

Ensuring proper billing

: Reviewing departures to ensure proper billing by considering promo credits, group billing, and more
