The Reservation Executive will be responsible for handling all reservation-related functions efficiently and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction through accurate booking processes, prompt responses, and exceptional service. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of hotel reservation systems and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms promptly and professionally.
Process and confirm individual and group room bookings as per standard hotel procedures.
Maintain an up-to-date reservation system and ensure accuracy in room allocation, guest details, and billing instructions.
Coordinate closely with the Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams to optimize room occupancy and revenue.
Manage and monitor online travel agency (OTA) bookings and respond to guest queries across platforms.
Update room availability, rates, and special packages in the system as directed by management.
Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by providing courteous and personalized service.
Handle cancellations, amendments, and special requests efficiently.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reservation reports as required.
Uphold the hotel's brand standards and contribute to creating a welcoming and professional environment.
Key Skills and Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong command of English (spoken and written); proficiency in Malayalam and Hindi an advantage.
Sound knowledge of hotel reservation software (preferably IDS).
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused approach with a pleasant and professional demeanor.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate in Hotel Management or a related field preferred.
Minimum of
2 years of experience
in the
Reservations or Front Office department
of a reputed 4 or 5-star hotel.
Proficiency in MS Office and reservation systems is essential.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
