We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Reservation Executive / Reservation Manager to join our Sales & Reservation office in Cochin. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing room reservations, responding to guest inquiries, and ensuring a seamless booking experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Room Reservations: Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications via phone, email, and online booking systems.
Respond to Guest Inquiries: Provide prompt and accurate responses to guest inquiries regarding room availability, rates, and hotel services.
Ensure Accurate Booking Information: Verify guest information, room assignments, and special requests to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain Reservation Record :Keep accurate and up-to-date records of reservations, cancellations, and no-shows.
Coordinate with Front Office Team :Work closely with the front office team to ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process and resolve any guest issues.
Stay updated with the hotel services, amenities, and promotions to provide accurate information to guests.
Handle bookings from OTA platforms and update availability as needed. Work with the hotel
