Key Responsibilities
Handle reservations via phone, email, and online platforms.
Provide accurate information on availability, pricing, and services.
Process bookings, cancellations, modifications, and special requests.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, packages, and promotions.
Coordinate with operations and sales teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Manage customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
Prepare daily/weekly reservation reports and update records in the system.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high service standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
Minimum
1-2 years of experience
in reservations, preferably in travel, tourism, or hospitality.
Proficiency in MS Office and reservation/booking software (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or similar preferred).
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage).
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
