Job Title: Reservation Executive

About Us:
Spice Country Group, a trusted name in Kerala's hospitality sector since 2011, is having resorts in Munnar and Vattavada.

Responsibilities:
- Handle reservation enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
- Manage booking systems and maintain updated records
- Coordinate with front office and sales teams
- Ensure accurate billing and guest data entry
- Deliver excellent customer service and follow up on leads

Requirements:
- Minimum 3-4 years' experience in reservations or front office or travel agency.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Fluency in English and Malayalam. Ability to converse in Hindi will be an advantage
