Reservation Executive
who is energetic, organized, and customer-focused.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and bookings for kayaking, boating activities, and resort accommodations.
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure availability and smooth scheduling.
Manage reservations through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and online booking platforms.
Provide accurate information about services, timings, packages, and policies.
Maintain reservation records and generate daily booking reports.
Assist in upselling special packages and promotional offers.
Handle customer complaints or changes to bookings professionally and efficiently.
Requirements:
Prior experience in reservations, front office, or hospitality roles is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in English (and regional languages if applicable).
Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Email, Booking Software).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Customer-first attitude with problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
