Key Responsibilities:
Handle room reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms.
Provide accurate information regarding room availability, rates, packages, and services.
Process bookings, cancellations, and amendments in the hotel reservation system.
Coordinate with the front office and other departments to ensure guest requirements are met.
Maintain up-to-date records of reservations and guest profiles.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Maximize room revenue by following upselling techniques and revenue management strategies.
Ensure all reservation policies and procedures are followed.
Requirements:
Graduate in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
Prior experience in reservations/front office is an advantage (freshers may also apply).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong computer knowledge; familiarity with PMS/CRS systems is desirable.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to multitask.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
