Handle incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries regarding reservations.
Process individual, group, and corporate bookings accurately in the hotel system.
Update room availability, rates, and special promotions across all platforms.
Maintain guest profiles, preferences, and booking details in the PMS.
Assist guests with modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams for smooth operations.
Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and promotions.
Ensure all reservations are guaranteed and follow up on pending payments.
Maintain accurate daily reservation records and generate reports when required.
Handle guest complaints or booking issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements
Bachelor's/Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
Prior experience in reservations, front office, or customer service (hospitality experience is an advantage).
Knowledge of hotel reservation software/PMS and online booking channels.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
