Key Responsibilities

Reservation Handling

- Process bookings via phone, email, or online systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Customer Assistance

- Address inquiries, provide recommendations, and resolve booking-related issues promptly.

System Management

- Update and manage reservations using [Hotel PMS/GDS/Travel booking software].
?

Coordination

- Work closely with sales, front desk, and operations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
?

Payments & Cancellations

- Manage payments, modifications, and cancellations in compliance with company policies.
?

Reporting & Documentation

- Maintain accurate records of bookings, customer preferences, and special requests.
