Handle reservations, bookings & guest inquiries
Manage calls, emails & online booking platforms
Coordinate with hotel/operations team for availability & confirmations
Maintain reservation records & update booking changes
Assist in ensuring smooth guest experience
Requirements:
Experience in hospitality / reservations (preferred)
Strong communication & coordination skills
Knowledge of booking / hotel management software (added advantage)
Customer-focused attitude & problem-solving skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Ability to commute/relocate:
North Goa District, Goa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
