We are looking for a highly skilled and versatile

Reservation Executive (Flights)

with strong expertise in

group bookings, MICE operations, and fixed departures (FDs)

. The ideal candidate should have

excellent airline connections

, proven ability in handling

high-volume pax movements

, and hands-on knowledge of reservation systems such as

Amadeus, Galileo, and Sabre

.
This role demands someone who can

negotiate, execute, and manage reservations end-to-end

from FITs to FDs to large corporate groups.

Key Responsibilities

Manage

end-to-end reservations for flights

(FITs, group bookings, series departures, and MICE events). Handle

large-scale group bookings (150+ pax),

including charter requests, seat blocks, and airline negotiations. Coordinate and execute

Fixed Departure (FD) reservations

with airlines, ensuring the best possible pricing and allocations. Negotiate contracts, fares, and allocations with airline partners for

FDs, groups, and series departures

. Manage booking modifications, cancellations, reissuance, and timely ticket issuance. Build and maintain strong relationships with airline sales teams, consolidators, and GDS partners. Monitor fare changes, airline policies, and schedules to optimise pricing and seat management. Maintain accurate data, PNRs, passenger manifests, and reports for management. Ensure compliance with travel policies, fare rules, and documentation requirements. * Provide client support, troubleshooting, and smooth resolution for booking-related issues.
