The Reservation Executive is responsible for handling all incoming reservation inquiries, responding to calls, emails, and messages, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to maximize occupancy and revenue for Willmount Resorts.
Key Responsibilities:1. Handling Reservation Inquiries:
Answer all incoming calls, emails, and messages related to room reservations promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information about room availability, pricing, packages, and resort facilities.
Guide potential guests through the booking process and encourage them to confirm reservations.
2. Managing Bookings & Communication:
Process and confirm reservations in the booking system (Ezee).
Maintain updated records of bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, social media, and other messaging platforms in a timely manner.
3. Maximizing Bookings & Revenue:
Follow up on leads and inquiries to maximize conversions.
Upsell resort packages, add-ons, and special offers to increase revenue.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
Ensure a smooth booking experience for guests and provide excellent pre-arrival assistance.
Address guest concerns or special requests professionally and coordinate with relevant departments.
Build and maintain relationships with travel agents and corporate clients to secure bookings.
5. Coordination & Reporting:
Work closely with the front office and operations team to ensure seamless check-ins for guests.
Generate daily/weekly reports on reservations, inquiries, and conversion rates.
Monitor guest feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the booking experience.
