Ability to provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly.

Ability to upsell hotel services and packages based on customer needs.
Experience with developing client relationships to encourage repeat business.

Attention to Detail:
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in bookings and customer information.

Adaptability:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs.

Language Skills:

Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Availability:

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Experience in handling group bookings or corporate travel arrangements.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist clients in selecting and booking hotel accommodations.
Provide recommendations based on customer preferences and budget.
Manage and maintain customer records and booking details.
Resolve issues related to bookings and provide support as needed.
Stay updated on industry trends, promotions, and new hotel offerings.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
