Key Responsibilities
Handle airline ticket reservations, cancellations, and reissuance.
Assist passengers with flight inquiries, seat availability, fare details, and travel rules.
Provide check-in support and boarding assistance (if required).
Update passenger details in the reservation system (GDS / airline portals).
Coordinate with airline staff regarding schedule changes and passenger requests.
Deliver customer service via phone calls, emails, and at the airport counter.
Ensure compliance with airline safety and documentation procedures.
Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate records.
