Job Description

Reservation Handling:

Receive and process reservations from customers through various channels, such as phone calls, emails, online booking systems, and in-person interactions.
Assist customers in selecting suitable options based on their preferences and needs.

Customer Service:

Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests related to reservations.
Ensure that customers receive accurate and detailed information about their bookings, including rates, availability, policies, and services.

Booking Management:

Maintain an organized system to manage reservations, ensuring that all bookings are accurately recorded and updated in the system.
Monitor room availability, flight schedules, or other services to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to customers.

Up-selling and Cross-selling:

Identify opportunities to offer customers additional services or upgrades to enhance their experience and increase revenue for the business.

Reservation Modifications and Cancellations:

Assist customers with modifying or canceling their reservations as per the company's policies.
Handle any applicable fees or refunds associated with changes or cancellations.

Communication:

Maintain clear and effective communication with customers and other departments within the organization to ensure accurate and timely service delivery.

Technical Skills:

Proficiently use reservation systems, software, and tools to process bookings, check availability, and manage customer information.

Payment Processing:

Handle payment processing for reservations, ensuring accuracy and security in handling customer payment information.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of reservations, customer interactions, payments, and any special requests.

Problem Solving:

Address and resolve any issues related to reservations, such as discrepancies, overbookings, or customer dissatisfaction.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with other departments, such as the front desk, sales, and housekeeping, to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Reporting:

Generate reports on reservation statistics, occupancy rates, and revenue generated from reservations for management analysis.

Training and Development:

Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technology advancements, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Sales and Promotions:

Promote special offers, packages, and promotions to customers to drive sales and enhance customer value.

Feedback Collection:

Collect feedback from customers to gauge their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
