Job Summary:

The Reservations Executive is responsible for efficiently managing the booking system, ensuring that customer reservations are accurately recorded, processed, and confirmed in a timely manner. The role includes direct customer interaction, resolving issues, providing information, and maintaining the reservations database. The Reservations Executive ensures that guests or customers have a seamless booking experience from the initial inquiry through to the confirmation of their reservations.

Skills & Qualifications:

Education

: High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.

Experience

: Previous experience in a reservations or customer service role, preferably within the hospitality or travel industry.

Technical Skills

: Familiarity with reservation software, databases, and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Communication

: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Customer Service

: Strong customer-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Attention to Detail

: High level of attention to detail to ensure accurate reservation data.

Multitasking

: Ability to handle high volumes of calls and reservations simultaneously, particularly during peak periods.

Working Conditions:

Schedule

: Full-time, may include weekends and holiday shifts.
