Job Description

Responsibilities:



Handle requests from guests, companies and travel agent via phone and email.

Answer reservation inquiry call and convert them into booking.

Request guest feedback and review for good guest service.

Ensure all room reservation are made correctly and timely fashion.

Spot checks on the daily correspondence file vis-a-vis the reservation on the computer.

Assist in making amendment, cancellation and processing other queries.

Monitor Follow-up.

Review all feedback received from the guest and take proper follow-up action to avoid recurrence of any complaints received.

Communicated to Assistant Manager Reservation all the guest feedback and recommendations etc. and follow up on its implementation.

Ensure that a copy of transport request is sent to front desk/ security for follow up regarding pick-up and drop.

Reverting to guest in person over the phone/ email or message.

Ensure Guest/ Caller are greeted and acknowledged as per standard greeting.

Skills:



Excellent written and verbal communication skill.

Fluent in English and Hindi

Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively.

Relevant degree in hospitality management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
