Reservation Executive

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Handle incoming calls, emails, and online queries related to reservations. Book and confirm reservations for hotels, flights, tours, or transportation. Update and maintain accurate booking records in reservation systems. Provide information about availability, rates, and services. Modify or cancel reservations as per customer requests. Ensure all bookings are processed according to company policies and standards. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., front office, sales, or operations) to ensure seamless service. Upsell additional services and special offers to customers when appropriate. Resolve customer complaints and issues related to bookings efficiently and professionally. Prepare daily/weekly reservation reports and occupancy data.

Requirements:



High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or tourism is a plus. Prior experience in reservations, customer service, or the hospitality industry is preferred. Proficiency in reservation software and MS Office. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays, if required.

Preferred Skills:



Knowledge of travel and booking platforms . Foreign language skills can be an asset. Familiarity with CRM systems.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
