We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Reservation cum Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing room reservations, generating sales revenue, and providing excellent customer service to guests and potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Room Reservations:
- Manage room inventory and ensure accurate availability.
- Respond to reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online booking platforms.
- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently.
2. Sales:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue.
- Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other stakeholders.
- Negotiate rates and packages to meet sales targets.
3. Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and potential clients.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
4. Sales Targets:
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and gain Incentives
- Monitor and report on sales performance.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., PMS, CRM).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in hotel reservations and sales.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
