is responsible for managing reservations for flights, hotels, tours, and related travel services for both individual and corporate clients. The role focuses on delivering prompt, accurate, and high-quality service to ensure a smooth booking experience and maximum customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound inquiries and reservation requests via calls, emails, or online platforms.
Make and confirm reservations for flights, hotels, tours, transfers, and other travel services.
Provide customers with suitable travel options based on their preferences, budget, and schedules.
Manage modifications, cancellations, and special requests efficiently.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and suppliers to confirm bookings and resolve issues.
Ensure all bookings are recorded accurately in the system with correct pricing and details.
Maintain knowledge of destinations, travel products, and promotions to upsell additional services.
Deliver excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in
Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or Business
(preferred).
1-3 years
of experience in reservations, ticketing, or travel operations.
Proficiency in
GDS systems
(Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) and reservation platforms.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
