Roles & responsibilities:
Handle hotel room reservations via calls, emails, and online booking portals Update and manage booking details in the system Confirm reservations, cancellations, and modifications Coordinate with front office for room availability and guest requests Maintain daily reservation records and reports Respond to guest queries professionally Support smooth back-office reservation operations
Key Skills & Requirements:
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email) Good communication skills (Hindi / English) Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to handle calls and booking inquiries Basic understanding of hotel reservations preferred Freshers can apply (training will be provided)
