The Reservation Associate will be responsible for managing guest reservations and inquiries, ensuring smooth and efficient booking processes, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, attention to detail, and experience or knowledge of reservation systems.
Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound guest reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately and promptly.
Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain and update reservation records in the PMS (Property Management System).
Respond to guest queries regarding room availability, rates, and hotel services.
Resolve booking-related issues efficiently and professionally.
Assist in reporting and documentation related to reservations.
Qualifications and Skills

Prior experience in hotel reservations, front office, or similar roles preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Basic computer skills and proficiency with MS Office.
