Handle room reservations through phone, email, and online channels
Enter, update, and manage reservations in the hotel system
Provide guests with information about room types, rates, and hotel services
Confirm bookings and send reservation details to guests
Modify or cancel reservations as requested
Coordinate with front office and sales teams regarding room availability
Ensure accurate billing and payment details
Handle guest inquiries and complaints related to reservations politely

Skills & Qualifications:
Good communication and customer service skills
Computer knowledge and experience with hotel reservation systems
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
Prior experience in hotel reservations or front office is an advantage
