Key Responsibilities
Booking Management*: Process new reservations, modifications, and cancellations via phone, email, and online channels. Guest Interaction*: Respond professionally to inquiries about rooms, rates, amenities, and local attractions. System & Data Management*: Maintain and update reservation software (PMS) and databases accurately. Coordination*: Liaise with Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Sales for seamless guest arrivals and special requests. Revenue Optimization*: Monitor availability, manage rates, and support yield management strategies. Issue Resolution*: Address and resolve guest complaints or discrepancies related to bookings. Payment Processing*: Handle payment information and process transactions securely.
