Hotel Sonar Bangla is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused

Reservation Cum Telecaller

to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle hotel reservations, respond to guest inquiries, and support sales through telecalling while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls related to room reservations and hotel inquiries Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings Provide accurate information about room tariffs, packages, facilities, and offers Maintain reservation records and update booking details in the system Follow up with potential guests for confirmations and payments Coordinate with front office and operations teams for smooth booking execution Handle guest queries and complaints politely and professionally

Requirements:

Minimum

1-2 years of experience

in hotel reservations or telecalling (hospitality preferred) Good communication skills in

English, Hindi, and Bengali

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, reservation systems preferred) Strong persuasion and customer-handling skills Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Pleasant personality with a service-oriented mindset

Preferred Skills:

Experience in hotel booking engines or OTA coordination Sales-oriented approach with negotiation skills Knowledge of hotel operations is an added advantage

Pay: ?11,805.13 - ?20,000.00 per month
