Responsibilities



Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing assistance and directing them appropriately Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, routing calls or taking messages as needed Manage the reception area to ensure it remains tidy, welcoming, and well-organized Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently Maintain appointment schedules and coordinate meeting room bookings Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management Provide information about the organization's services or operations to visitors and callers Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional customer service

Requirements



Proven experience in customer service or front desk reception is preferred but not mandatory; a positive attitude is essential Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus) Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and demeanor that reflects a welcoming attitude Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel) and email platforms Ability to handle confidential information discreetly with integrity Flexibility to work various shifts if needed; punctuality is a must
