Owing to our substantial growth plans we are desirous of hiring Researchers for our Executive Search Division, who will be responsible to support talent acquisition activities, involving senior management search mandates, for our top ranking Indian and Global clients.

As a Researcher, you will...
Headhunt for candidates via cold calling, LinkedIn & job portals.
Approach candidates to procure their resumes and understand more about their role.
Understand the job description for roles.
Conduct research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates.
What you already are/have...
Excellent communication and interaction skills.
Cold calling and research abilities.
A team player.
Ability to handle pressure & targets.
Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts).
An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities.
Work Hours
This role requires you to work 5 days a week (Hybrid) from Mon to Fri for 9:15 hours a day.
