RESEARCHER

Overview:

Responsible for driving innovation in textile chemicals, independently leading and executing research projects, developing new textile chemical formulations, and contributing to the advancement of the company's technology portfolio

Scope of Work:

Independently lead research projects on the development of novel textile chemicals Formulate research plans, define project objectives, and develop effective methodologies Conduct comprehensive literature reviews and stay current with scientific advancements Design and execute complex laboratory experiments using advanced analytical techniques Analyze and interpret data, draw conclusions, and identify potential applications Prepare technical reports, presentations, and intellectual property documentation Collaborate with senior researchers, chemists, and other R&D team members to ensure project success Manage and mentor Associate Researchers within the team Identify and troubleshoot technical challenges, proposing solutions and optimizing processes Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and laboratory procedures Troubleshooting & suggestive actions, in coordination with Developer/Innovator

B.Sc (Chemistry/Textile Chemistry) / B.Tech (Chemical Engineering/Textile Engineering) / other similar qualifications

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
