Designation: Researcher -Formula Development

Education: Bachelors / Masters in Pharma, Organic Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, Biotechnology and related education

Experience: 4-9 years in Personal care research

Budget: As per Industry

Location: Hybrid (office @ Turbhe, Navi Mumbai)

What You\'ll Do:

- Harness your formulation expertise: Develop, test, and manage personal care products, particularly within the body care category, drawing on your proven track record in the FMCG industry.

- Spark innovation: Be a champion for new product development, employing predictive models and strategic thinking to identify and capitalize on emerging trends and consumer insights. Translate these insights into actionable prototypes that showcase tangible consumer benefits.

- Ensure regulatory compliance: Play a key role in upholding industry standards and shaping the future of personal care by actively monitoring and contributing to regulatory compliance practices.

- Guide the next generation: Share your knowledge and expertise by mentoring trainees and interns, fostering a culture of learning and development within the team.

What We\'re Looking For:

- Proven track record: A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in formulation development, with 4 years considered for exceptional candidates from top-tier institutions or with PhDs.

- Deep FMCG industry knowledge: Solid understanding of the personal care product landscape and its nuances.

- Innovation mindset: A passion for driving forward-thinking solutions and translating consumer insights into marketable products.

- Regulatory awareness: Ability to navigate and contribute to ensuring regulatory compliance.

- Technical expertise: Strong foundation in basic sciences, formulation, and stability monitoring.

- Mentorship skills: Eagerness to share knowledge and guide junior members of the team.

Bonus Points:

Experience working in leading FMCG companies.

Knowledge of AI tools and their application in product development.
