We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical

Researcher

to support data collection, analysis, and documentation for projects related to development, policy, CSR, social impact, and allied sectors. The role involves desk research, field-based inputs (where required), and preparation of high-quality research reports.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct primary and secondary research using credible sources Collect, compile, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data Prepare research notes, concept papers, case studies, and reports Support proposal writing, baseline studies, impact assessments, and documentation Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for data validation Ensure accuracy, consistency, and proper citation of data and sources

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Economics, Public Policy, or related fields Strong analytical, writing, and documentation skills Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Knowledge of development/CSR/government schemes is an advantage

Content Writer

to develop clear, engaging, and impactful content for reports, proposals, websites, social media, and communication materials. The role requires strong writing skills with the ability to translate complex information into reader-friendly content.

Key Responsibilities

Write and edit content for proposals, reports, case studies, articles, and presentations Develop content for websites, social media, newsletters, and promotional material Coordinate with research and project teams to ensure content accuracy Proofread and edit content to maintain quality and consistency Adapt tone and style as per target audience and platform

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, or related field Excellent written communication skills in English (Hindi/other regional languages is a plus) Ability to research topics and write original, plagiarism-free content Familiarity with development, CSR, NGO, or social sector content preferred Basic knowledge of SEO and digital content is an advantage
