Role Summary:

Lead the research department for both short and long-form content, ensuring factual accuracy, strong hooks, and trend relevance.

Note: This is a senior leadership role. You will be leading a specialised team that executes your vision under your direction.

Core Responsibilities:

Conduct deep research on topics related to hair, beauty, and aesthetics. Develop outlines and data-backed insights for scriptwriters. Lead junior researchers to build topic banks and creative frameworks. Identify global trends, case studies, and references. Maintain a research database for the creative team. Collaborate with editors and writers to ensure data integrity.

Who You Are:

Analytical mind with 4+ years of research experience in digital or media. Obsessed with accuracy, storytelling, and relevance. Can turn insights into content ideas that resonate emotionally. Capable of managing and training a small research team.

Growth Path:

Heads the research vertical; works cross-functionally with writers and editors.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
