Job Description

Develop and implement strategic plans for organic synthesis research aligned with company goals and objectives. Drive innovation and creativity in the development of new organic synthesis methodologies and processes. Oversee the design, execution, and optimization of organic synthesis experiments and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analytical chemistry, process engineering, and product development to ensure seamless integration of organic synthesis research into product development pipelines. Stay abreast of latest developments in organic chemistry and related fields, and integrate new technologies and methodologies into the R&D process. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements in all organic synthesis research activities. Foster a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning within the organic synthesis team Manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively to meet project milestones and deliverables. Communicate progress, findings, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders through regular reports, presentations, and meetings.
