Routine Maintenance of the F&D equipments & Machines.
Routine Maintenance of the Utility equipments like Water Generation System, HVAC AHU system, VRV system, Air Compressor System.
Routine Maintenance of the Electric power panel (HT/LT & Transformer), UPS system, DG Generator System.
Attending Breakdown of Electrical problem as well as Mechanical problem.
Maintain Calibration record of Instruments, Stability chambers.
Routine Maintenance of the Walk in stability chambers.
Maintain Fire Panel, Fire Extinguisher system. Do calibration work of Fire Extinguisher system.
Attending Breakdown of CCTV system, Door access system.
Attending Plumbing maintenance, Furniture related maintenances.
Do procurement of materials and maintain Record of all procurement.
Maintain PM records.
Attending civil related maintenance by using external vendor.
Attending GMP audit or product related audit at PPIF plant.
Attending Engineering Related work as per (user/management) Requirement.
Do new projects as per user/management requirement.
