Key Responsibilities
Research & Analysis
Conduct secondary research on copyright, AI policies, and creative industry rights.
Track global and Indian developments in AI and creative rights.
Prepare briefs, reports, and presentations for the leadership team.
Outreach & Networking
Identify and connect with partner NGOs, creative communities, universities, and industry stakeholders.
Maintain a contact database of potential allies, members, and collaborators.
Support in building membership and partnership pipelines.
Support Activities
Assist in organizing webinars, workshops, and events.
Help prepare communication material for social media, newsletters, and advocacy campaigns.
Document meetings, maintain minutes, and coordinate follow-ups.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience:
1-1.5 years of experience working in an NGO, nonprofit, or advocacy organization.
Education:
Graduate degree (preferably in Social Sciences, Arts, Law, Media, or related fields).
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
(essential for outreach).
Strong research and writing skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to network and build relationships with stakeholders.
Basic knowledge of digital tools (MS Office/Google Workspace, social media).
Interest in copyright, creative industries, and AI policy (preferred).
