Position Summary
Dynata is seeking a Research Manager to join our APAC Solutions sales team. As part of the team, you will be responsible for supporting Dynatas Corporate Portfolio to provide world-class consumer and business quantitative survey research for some of the top companies across a variety of industry sectors such as consumer product goods, media, technology, retail, finance, etc.
Responsibilities
This includes but is not limited to:

• Responsible for designing, managing, analyzing, and delivering quantitative survey research studies and results, including visualization of research findings and insights through PowerPoint presentations or other formats
• Multitasking while maintaining a full schedule of projects and detail-oriented processes required for quality and research industry standards
• Partner with Sales in all efforts to increase acquisition and retention among Corporate clients while acting as the clients primary research partner. This includes participation in client meetings/calls and assisting in writing proposals as well as presenting final deliverables to clients
• Partners with internal teams to ensure excellent delivery and customer service.
• Handle other job duties as assigned

Requirements
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

• Dynata is seeking individuals that are passionate about research and insights that are interested in being part of a dedicated market research sales and delivery team and contributing to the companys success.
• Advanced applied consumer research and analytical skills with deep understanding of designing bespoke research to address key business needs.
• Strong communication skills that lend to effectively communication at all levels.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities. This involves keeping a cool head under time constraints and effective balance concurrent demands. Ability to get things done autonomously and equally to collaborate well and when required.
• Self-Starter with the ability to work in a team environment

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• A minimum of 5-7 years Primary Market Research experience serving in a client-facing capacity with responsibility for research direction.
• Experience consulting to major Market Research client sectors - consumer goods, auto, banking, telco etc.
• Strong background in a variety of quantitative research methodologies and techniques.
• Strong English language verbal and written communication skills. This role will support clients across Asia Pacific.
• Strong MS Office skills in line with role expectations (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Ability to independently handle projects end to end
