About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Provide assistance to small and medium businesses in the USA, UK, Canada and other countries
2. Conduct internet research, fact-checking and web-based marketing
3. Resolve customer queries based on the research
4. Analyse, plan, organize and complete the tasks to meet deadline and quality requirements
5. Conduct online research for tasks to acquire results and present them in a manner that meets the expectations of clients
6. Work on data collection through internet research
7. Record data into appropriate fields, databases, records and files
8. Organize spreadsheets with large numbers
9. Work on storing (typing) data directly and accurately
10. Comply with security backups and regular checks to ensure data is saved and stored properly
11. View and verify confidential or private customer/client information, protecting the information and identities of customers/client
12. Verify the data by correctly checking and comparing source documentation
