About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collect edits, processes, and coordinate research data in support of a specified research study or group of studies
2. Arrange and conduct field interviews as appropriate to the study, and record research data by specified protocol and procedures
3. Execute in-depth secondary and primary research and develop a project report
4. Perform comparative market analysis to accurately value commercial properties
5. Develop visually appealing yet meaningful presentations for various leadership meetings
6. Analyze the research findings and draw inferences and conclusions in response to the research query
7. Report the findings in the form of a structured report or a pre-defined framework
8. Deliver reports on time and maintain high-quality standards of the deliverables
9. Perform market research, competitive analysis, and other ad-hoc research as needed
10. Compile data, prepare reports, and analyze Agprop's existing portfolio & other companies based on past, current, and projected performance
11. Maintain macroeconomic knowledge of current and emerging developments/trends, as well as of the investment analyst's assigned area(s) of responsibilities
