This internship offers hands-on exposure to real-world government process studies including public finance and policy research, working closely with experienced professionals and researchers.

Bacheleors degree in economics, public administration, Political science & Management (recent graduates may apply).

Location:

Trivandrum (Onsite / Field - based as per project needs)

Skills/Requirements :

Bacheleors degree in economics, public administration, Political science & Management (recent graduates may apply). Good written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to read and understand government documents Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, statistical tools (E-Views, SPSS, STATA) Strong interest in policy research and public sector work

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in background research on public administration, public finance, compliance, and governance reforms Support data collection, document review, and policy research Help prepare research notes, summaries, presentations, case studies, and reports Assist in mapping and documenting government processes Participate in field visits and onsite studies along with senior team members Support gap analysis and process improvement exercises under guidance Coordinate with internal teams for report preparation and presentations Organizing Research and Training sessions on Using the modern tools to do the smart work, to increase the scope of improving presentation (both oral and digital) and Analytical skills.
