Research Intern
to join our growing team.
What You'll Do
Conduct
primary and secondary research
across psychology, learning sciences and organizational behavior.
Interview experts
from academia and industry to extract insights and trends.
Assist in building
evidence-based learning tools, assessments, and content frameworks.
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to support thought leadership and innovation projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, Tech, and leadership) to translate research into practical learning solutions.
Contribute to
white papers, blogs and research reports
that shape the future of work and learning.
Support ongoing studies on
human behavior, motivation, leadership and learning experience design.
What you'll bring
Bachelor's or Master's degree (or pursuing) in
Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field.
0-18 months
of experience
Passion for
turning insights into impact

Strong curiosity and structured thinking -- you ask why, how, and what next*. Excellent
writing, articulation, and comprehension
skills.
Interest in
organizational learning, psychometrics, and people development.
Confidence to
interact and interview
