Role Purpose:

Build evidence, regulatory readiness, impact measurement & innovation transfer from IIK-USA / Turkey into Indian implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop frameworks aligned to Delhi + UP primary regulation benchmarks. Conduct baseline / endline studies on learning outcomes. Document pilots, case studies & impact papers. Comparative worldview analysis for universal Creator-Creation connects. Maintain research dashboards & internal learning loops.

Skills & Experience

4-7 years in educational research / M&E / program quality. Strong analytical + data reporting skills.
