About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled NLP Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an NLP Engineer at GenDigital Inc., you will play a pivotal role in developing cutting-edge natural language processing solutions to solve complex language-related challenges. If you are passionate about NLP, machine learning, and solving real-world problems, we\'d love to hear from you. What You Will Do In This Role Design and implement NLP models and algorithms to process and analyze large volumes of textual data. Build and train machine learning models for various NLP tasks, such as text classification, sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, and language generation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into NLP solutions. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in NLP research and incorporate them into our projects. Evaluate and fine-tune NLP models for performance optimization and scalability. Communicate technical findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. What You\'ll Need to be Successful in this Role Bachelor\'s degree or higher in computer science, artificial intelligence, or a related field. Strong proficiency in Python/Typescript and experience with relevant libraries and frameworks (e.g., NLTK, spaCy, TensorFlow, PyTorch). Solid understanding of NLP fundamentals and algorithms. Experience with data pre-processing and text data analysis. Familiarity with machine learning and deep learning techniques for NLP. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team. Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts effectively. Previous experience in NLP-related projects or roles is a plus. Certifications in NLP or machine learning are a bonus. Gen is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
