Job Description

Design & Development:

Create complex 2D schematics and 3D harness routing using advanced CAD tools such as

CATIA V5/V6

,

UG NX

, or

Creo Parametric

.

Advanced Engineering:

Perform critical electrical calculations, including current/voltage load, short-circuit analysis, voltage drop, and weight/bending radius optimizations.

Prototyping & Benchmarking:

Conduct Voice of Customer (VOC) research to benchmark competitor designs and develop proto-samples for validation testing.

High-Voltage (HV) Integration:

Specialize in EV-specific systems, including HV battery power distribution, cooling system requirements, and EMI/EMC shielding.

Compliance & Validation:

Ensure all designs meet global standards such as

ISO 26262

(Functional Safety),

IPC/WHMA-A-620

, or aviation-specific quality requirements.

Value Engineering (VA/VE):

Drive cost reduction and performance enhancement through material selection and process optimization projects.
